Frank Tanghare

Frank is the engineer of the Clean Sweep Tournament Team. He has been fishing the Cape May waters for numerous years. He participates as an angler and deck hand during various tournaments and utilizes his knowledge of electronics and mechanics to ensure smooth seas during the tournaments.
